GMDH 4: Chiseled Sexy Six Pack!

10 April 2008

Good Morning Dr. Hollander!

What do I have to do to get some six pack abs, or at least lose some belly fat, aside from the obvious dieting?

Good morning, glad you asked.

Dude, the first thing you need to do IS STOP EATING SO MUCH GODDAMN FAST FOOD!!!!

Every time you eat at McDonald’s, Wendy’s, KFC, etc., you fill your body with toxic trans fats. Trans fats have a huge caloric value, much more so than saturated fats, and the cause you to store fat in a very large amount. In addition to that, trans fats, when used in things like cell membranes and nerve sheaths will cause communication problems in your body, which can lead to diseases like Cancer.

Now, to lose belly fat and gain a six pack, you might be surprised to learn that sit-ups are not the main thing that will help you. Cardiovascular exercise such as running will do the most good for losing weight, because it will place the energy demands on your body, which will force your body to dissolve the fat that it is storing in your gut. At least 50 minutes of aerobic exercise is required to utilize fat stores for energy. You might not be ready for strenuous activity like that, so be sure to condition yourself to get to that point. Once you’ve accomplished a steady aerobic exercise regimen, then by all means, add your sit-ups, crunches, and leg raises to chisel a sexy six pack ;0)

hope that helps, mad chiro luv, -Darren, DC
